COMPLAINTS
The complaint form is hosted under the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM), an instrument through which project dispute resolution is sought and provided. It involves the receipt and processing of complaints from individuals or groups negatively affected by activities of the iTATU project. The GRM assists iTATU to ensure that deliberate processes and procedures are put in place to capture, assess and respond to concerns from all project stakeholders.
iTATU has set up a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) form to enable the submission of grievances by aggrieved project stakeholders anywhere and anytime (24/7). The form allows ease in raising any concern, grievance or expression of dissatisfaction with iTATU activities. Once the complaint is received, the team shall register the complaint, investigate and recommend appropriate action.
